    Caller ID displays VoIP caller. When I called back, they claim they were unaware of my listing on the DNC and "will take care of it."  I said, "that is interesting as my phone numbers have been listed since the inception of the DNC list."

    Called the number back and to my surprise someone answered!  
    Something about an air conditioning promotion.  I told the woman that they were now blocked and she hung up on me.
