I answered my cell phone and nobody answer

Rec'd call on cell phone while I was at work but no message left.  I believe I've received a few calls from this # but because I don't recognize it, I don't answer it.

Several calls all hours of the day. When I called back it was voice mail

Keeps calling my cell phone. Since I don't recognize the number I don't answer. Tried calling the number back from a landline and it is a recording that picks up before it even rings and just says "good bye."

Calls and does not leave a message. When I call the number back, it has a weird recording stating that the line is for subscribers only. It's probably spam over the phone. Great, just what we need!

How can we stop this jerks stop calling? Gettig calls everyday and when dial back, thugs do not even answer.
