Somehow, he has a way to hack the cellphone voice mail by leaving a message without your cellphone showing an incoming call

Same as Paco.  Pretending he is a roofer coming for an inspection, but does not identify who I am or my address.  Since my number is not listed, I doubt it is legitimate, and I never asked for any roof inspection.  He states his name is "Israel" and that he has previously done work on our home.  And I have no business relationships with any roofer.  Phone is in La Crescenta presumably.

Same as reviewers above, the caller rang through my cell phone once and went to voice mail. The caller ID displayed "0000000000". Coincidentally, I have legitimate roofers on my roof right now pounding away as I type this. For real haha.

Exactly the same.  Called my VM and said his name is Israel and he's coming tomorrow to inspect my roof.  But what does he have to gain?  Trying to get someone to hire him?

Hi, my name is Israel. I'm calling to inform you its time for a roof inspection. I see on our record. We had previously done work on your home in the past and I will be coming out tomorrow between 12 to 2 p.m. To inspect your roof commission. Please call me back at 818-275-1912 to confirm if this is okay. If not, we can reschedule for another day as well. Again, my name is Israel, and my phone number is 818-875-1912. Thank you.

Glad I checked out google. Almost called him back to ask what this was about however, now I know I was almost scammed into something or had my number added to another spam call list. Thanks for clearing it up everyone.

Same roofer scam guy named “Israel” who called everybody else here. He’s apparently reading from a script or maybe he really only works two hours a day between 12 to 2 pm, Lol

Received a call from "No Listing" that hung up immediately, then I noticed a minute later that I had a voice mail from 818-275-1912 from a man claiming to be Israel who said he had done work on our roof before and that we were due for an inspection. Said that he was planning to come by between 12pm to 2pm to inspect the roof and to please call him back to confirm. This is 100% a scam. I assume he is fishing for appointments bo cold calling people? We sold our house back in April and live in a condo now, so either way we have no business with a roofer since our HOA handles our roof situation and we no longer own the hold house. Israel, if you are reading this get a life loser! HAHA.
