these people say that i owe for a payday loan with 2 companys that i know taht i did not get foreigns as well and very threating

Received a call at 5:02 on 08/02 from "Brian White" at an unavailable number.  He claimed he was from "Legal Services" and had this phone number (818) 275-4531.   This scammer calls about once a month from different numbers (some in Florida, some in Washington, some in California) looking to obtain money from a "Tyrone White" who apparently owed them money.

These people are pathetic.  Sometimes they are very threatening when claiming legal actions upcoming.   If you play with them or call them back, they panic and often hang up, telling you to "go to hell", etc.  

Continue to report these people.

That's whats going on here as well. This place to a total scam. I called them back saying I was an attorney and they quickly hung up ha ha ha.

I've received several calls from this number claiming that I owe some sort of payday loan.  I never had a payday loan, so I know this must be a scam. The person I spoke to could not even give me the name of the pay day loan. Also, each time I get a phone call it would be asian men with American names, which I found kind of weird considering these men had accents.

I just got my first call from this Kevin Miller I never heard of.  Called back and could only leave a message.  satan is busy.  Rebuke him in Jesus name!

Recieving calls from the 818-275-4531 number...... ridiculous. I hope they catch these scum bags....

They call about every 3 weeks looking for my daughters fiance telling him that he owes them 350.00 from a unpaid loan from CashNet, which he has never paid.  I have threatened them with lawyers and telephone company and so forth, but it does no good.....They change their name all the time to something different... This is going on for months now...this has to stop. When I call back they say it's another company.....cowards......SCAMMERS...SCAMMER...SCAMMERS........

I called these guys back, the first thing he asked for was my phone number... I refused to give it and asked what they wanted... they refused to tell and after arguing for a about a minute he hung up. The voicemail they left was very threatning, they even wished me, "good luck" and to hire an attorney should I have decieded not to call them back. What a bunch of idiots. SCAM!!!

Nothing personal, but glad there are others being pestered by these people. Every night when I get home there are 4-5 missed calls in a 2 minute window from "unknown" or "0000" on caller ID, followed by several VM's stating the same thing every time: "Legal matter.....You or your Attorney need to contact me......time sensitive........will be turned over to the proper authorities......blah, blah, blah. Do not concern yourself with their threats. They are simply a pain in the ass.

I have gotten this call several times stating the same things that the others have said.  The last phone call was sexually harrassing.  The phone number this time showed up on my caller ID as 'unknown number".  I finally hung up on them.  I am still creaped out by them!

these people are worthless bottom feeding idiots calling all the time with harassing remarks sooner or later they will get caught untill then everyone should just call them back and keep their lines blocked all the time the only way to get to these idiots is to fight fire with fire call them in thee wee hours of the night and keep them up.

I received a very rude and nasty message from them today also stating I had received a payday loan that I had not paid and that they show that I have a court date this friday in the county that I live in but cannot tell me when I got the loan or anything so you know it is a scam.  People like this are useless and I hope they get what is coming to them soon!!!!

message from olvin? miller - might be trying to say alvin miller???  threatening and hard to understand at the same time.  These scammers call me all day, over and over, and get nastier message.

I got a call from a Alvin Miller I think he was trying to say last night leaving a message stating I had a legal matter against me blah blah blah and then ended the message with "good luck" to you.  He then called me today twice on my cell and then my job.  Now I am PISSED!!  Calling me on my cell is one thing but to call my job asking for me with those threats and crap they talk (or can't talk for that matter can't understand a word).  Are they that stupid to think anyone would give them money really?  Now the question is how do you make them stop?  What can we do to protect ourselves against people like this so they will stop calling and harassing us?  Any ideas would be helpful
