    I didn't answer the call. They left a message. It was a pre-recorded female voice that just says, there's an exemption and if you don't want it increased?. Then tells you to press a number if you want more information or confirm if you applied already. I received the same exact message from 818-649-9705 earlier.

    Called at 2:10pm PDT.  Unfortunately for them, we blocked all 818 275 calls several weeks ago.  CID was a series of "V" numbers, always a sure sign of a scammer.  Sorry guys, you'll get no business (or $$s) from me.

    It is the company that owns IDrive. I requested a refund and they called me. I have asked them NOT to call me for support tickets. These can easily be done by email. I do not accept long distance calls even from toll free numbers unless I know who is calling and have agreed to it.
