    It said I had a warrant out for my arrest and that they were watching me and my property!!! Supposedly it was IRS!!! I am figuring it was a scammer!!

    I also got a call from this number yesterday with the same details you mentioned. I hung up immediately after they said people were watching where I was. Definitely a scam.
