This number calls 4 times a day, usually 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening. No one is on the line. I called the number back and it's a female voicemail saying that if I want to pay less for my newspaper, blah, blah, blah. It then says if you no longer want to receive phone calls from them then press 1, then you go through all this recording crap and then they finally say you will not receive any more calls from them after 48 hours. They lie because I'm still getting calls every day.  I don't answer at all anymore.

I receive this call many times a day.  I am on the Do Not Call List, yet I still receive it.

Keep calling and hanging up several times a day

No message. Blocked

Same story- I've been getting calls from this number a couple times/day as well, no voicemails or texts. Blocking now...
