Received an automated call on our work phone saying "your social security number is being used for fraud, call me back at this number before further action is taken to suspend your social, etc" This was the call-back number I was given.  Total scam.

This is a robo-call that states they are calling from the SOCIAL SECURITY ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT.  The woman caller states that "they have an order to 'Suspend' your Social Security Number because your Social has been found to be 'Suspicious' for use of 'Illegal Activity'".    They require an immediate call back to 818-275-7875 to prevent the suspension of your present and future Social Security Benefits and Assets.     A Complaint has been filed with the F.E.C. on this number.

Same automated call with threat of having my Social Security number suspended!  Really

Sent an unsolicited e-mail with a fake invoice Said there will be a charge of $499 for computer renewal. Gave this number to call. A man with a heavy accent answered and when I asked him why they are scamming people he said “what are you talking about ?”
