This number called my landline, but the call was discarded at once because the caller ID read “UNKNOWN.”

This number, and several others similar (linked, in other words) CALLS MY NUMBER INCESSANTLY, at least once five days a week, even on Sundays. It's a scammer/telemarketer trying to get recipients to release financial info. EXTREMELY BAD due to ongoing frequency  of calls. Other number is (818) 206-5273, used in quick succession of first number if no caller picks up

So why did you not post in that thread as well?

I've received call after call from this number.  Each time I hit 9 - to stop the calls.  I have gotten 6 calls even after requesting to not be called.  I finally talked to somebody and they hung up when I told them I was done asking and would be reporting them.
