Missed the call; no message was left.

Robocall recorded message yapping about energy savings. It's the same female voice, same message, but yet another new phone number.

I got call from this number many times, 2 to 3 times a day every day. I did not pick the call because everyday I got calls 4 to 5 times a day from unwanted call. Saturday, early morning, so I am tired and not bother to pick up but it's bother me because this is 82 years old retiree.  Hope there is organization who can stop these unwanted calls..

Machine answered but this person left no message.

just received a call, said hello and got no response. They held on the call for 20 seconds in silence

No CID.  New spambot scammer calling my cell phone.  No msg.

Called at 5:19pm.  Due to other scam calls from 818 275 we have blocked all calls from 818 275.  This call was blocked before they robodialed our number.  Our phones did not ring.

CID is V followed by a string of numbers. Didn’t leave a message.

Message transcript from robocall-blocking site:

“This message is provided by the utilities service department last year electricity rates rose 12.2 percent for the year currently if you're a homeowner you can apply for an exemption to keep the current rates as they are and to not have them increase to find out more information about the exemption Press one if you've already filed press 9 to be removed.”

Scumbag hang up call. It’s a fake utilities scam and message that ends in “Have a blessed day” It is such phony bologna that they even say “Have a blessed day”. It’s the only way they can feel good about making these calls because of the negative energy towards them is so high based on the way people feel about them. It’s a sales call ... don’t bring religion or spirituality in to it ... it cheapens your message. Can the FCC please make these calls illegal? I have no problem suing them.

Called here yesterday around 5:10 PM PST.  Did not answer.  No msg.

12/02/18 10:33 PST  Happy Sunday AM.  Guess there is no rest for the weary.  Never answer calls from numbers and unfamiliar  locations.  Based on previous reports, will erase this time and if tried again, will probably end up blocking.

Same utilities bunk as above

Called on Sunday morning.  Caller id was long VOIP number.  Call was already blocked for me.  Number is not currently registered with any US phone company.
