“This message is provided by the utilities service department last year electricity rates rose 12.2 percent for the year currently if you're a homeowner you can apply for an exemption to keep the current rates as they are and to not have them increase to find out more information about the exemption Press one if you've already filed press 9 to be removed.” - Fed Up TooScumbag hang up call. It’s a fake utilities scam and message that ends in “Have a blessed day” It is such phony bologna that they even say “Have a blessed day”. It’s the only way they can feel good about making these calls because of the negative energy towards them is so high based on the way people feel about them. It’s a sales call ... don’t bring religion or spirituality in to it ... it cheapens your message. Can the FCC please make these calls illegal? I have no problem suing them.
