Getting calls regularly once a day. Don't know anything about it.

Calls office number every few days, nobody says a word, hangs up.

Have you considered blocking this incoming number?  You might want to contact your provider to find out if that is an option.  If your office is small enough, maybe you can just tell the other employees not to answer.

After a hang-up call from these guys yesterday, someone came on the line when I answered today.  They were peddling Time-Warner Business class Internet service.  From the information they had about me, I strongly suspect they had gotten my number from a mailing list sold by a trade magazine I used to subscribe to.  I'm not sure if that technically would qualify them for the prior business relationship exemption from the DNC list, but even if it does they are still pests.
