Calledmy house leaving a message stating I had committed a felony. I work for the Local Sheriff Department in my County. I am not letting this go!

Those same freaks are calling me just keep calling dem back harrasing dem. They are dummies for real

Left a voice message stating there was a sewer complaint.  The caller referred to himself as Mark Anthony.  Call back # was 818-392-8874 and left a case number.  Failure to respond will result in federal charges or criminal felony charges.  CID was 818-392-8531.

This is clearly a scam of some sort.  If there's any violation, I would receive a written noticed on my door and then followed by mail.

Keeps calling me & even verbally asaults me. What can I do to stop this?
I have told them numerous times that this Vigil does not have this # & I have never heard of this person. I have had this # for 10 years.
