- DottJust got a call from Thomas Williams and Ryan Davis (1-818-396-9009) saying that they represented CashNet payday loans and that I owe them money. They constantly calls my home and place of employment saying that if I did not pay I would be arrested. I asked them to send me documentation in the mail and they refuse to do so. I have filed complaints with the with the Better Business Bureau, Federal Trades Commission and my local law enforcement agency. It's crazy when does it stop.
Other numbers that I have received calls from as well as filed complaints on:
Stuart Miller/Robert Davis (1-877-516-9379 and 1-866-812-2623)

- Michael C. AndersonThis filthy Arab is a total fraud. He called my military surplus store today, then demanded I give him my full name. When I told him he had the wrong number and I've NEVER had or don't need a payday loan - He became verbally abusive and threatening. I gave him my address and told him to come on down to my store anytime and talk that smack to my .357. So beware, this FRAUD is more than likely calling from a VOIP number from overseas - hoping to find someone who might have an outstanding loan elsewhere.

- Mom of four| 18 repliesThese people just called me and said that if I was not at the local county court house within 3 hours they were going to send the local police to come and collect me. I called the attorney general for my home state and they stated that there was no case pending against me.
I called these people back and told them what I found out and they refuse to talk to me now. They either put me on hold or hang up on me.
They stated that I took out a loan online and the money was deposited into my account two months after the first payment was due. I told them that thats not possible and that I wanted to speak to someone american, who understands our calendar system and they got really defensive and came out with that jail crap. I was wondering if there is something I can do about these people. My 7 year old son was so upset and in tears because of what these people were saying to me. - DogfaceDick from CashNet you sure live up to your name.
Harass the harasser every time they call you call them 10 times more, the calls will stop.
Dick it must have been bad for you growing up as a scumbag being picked on by everyone.
Let`s just hope that your parents are dead and you do not breed. - BBRepeated calls stating legal case against me and ss number. Going on for months. The calls stop for awhile, then start again. Same people calling with different company names.
- Caller: Federal investigation dept
- Bail Enforcement Collection Agency replies to Mom of four| 5 repliesWhy not pay your debt? The Police will prosecute all outstanding loans issued.. Please remit payment immediately to avoid prison time and court summons.
- AnonymousThis guy just called my co-worker's cell AND work number, started off by giving a bunch of personal information, and then said he owes them money.
He said his name was David Thomas
He was from the "Federal Investigation Department" (non-existent)
He said my co-worker owed money, and cops would come arrest him if he didn't pay up.
He said he's from "uhh...Texas", but wouldn't provide a city
I tried to get more information out of him, but he refused.
I happen to speak two Indian languages, so I had a little fun with him on the phone. He understood my Urdu-Hindi, but responded in English.
Obviously a scam. - Ann Ferrizzi replies to Mom of four| 10 repliesI had the same exact phone call today. The person went by Alex Wilson and stated that I took out an on line loan that was now under Federal investigation. When I probed for more information, he hung up on me.
- Ann FerrizziI received a call from this 818-396-9009 number today stating that there is a federal investigation against my name and social security number. Every time I asked a question, I wouldn't receive a straight answer. I was told that I took out a loan on line, they had my e-mail address and my cell phone and address. This is pretty scary to think someone has all this information about you, and you have no idea who you are talking to.

CashNet, LLC - what a joke replies to Federal Debt Payday Loan Investigators| 1 replyYou should be writing comedy material somewhere where people can appreciate it. On here it just stinks of the SCAM that it is. You "activated" bail agents? hahahahahaHAHA what were they doing before you activated them, just standing in some room waiting to be activated?
Even Allah is laughing at you! - LMFAO!!! replies to Federal Debt Payday Loan InvestigatorsOh god, they've been activated!!! Head for the hills!!!! - gmanguy's do not worry they can do nothing to you :)
- GiG replies to Bail Enforcement Collection AgencyWhat a total IDIOT!
"Police will prosecute"
Police do NOT prosecute
The COURTS do! - KCHave gotten several phone calls from this number claiming I have some form of unpaid check loan. First, of all I have no checks so I cant get check loans. They have even some how got my work number and called to get my social scurity number. If it was a legitimate company that I have gotten a loan through wouldnt they have that on file? Thats normally the first thing that a company would ask for in order to get a loan. To run a credit check. Also, it is against federal law for anyone to request that information over the phone. A police report has been filed and my phone has been setup that when they try to call it will transfer the call to the police department for them to conduct an investigation on these people. It has been told to me that these people will do anything for you to make a payment over the phone or give them your credit card number. If you become a victim of this you need to:
1. Ask for the Agents name and ID number
2. Ask for the business license number
3. Ask that they send you documents certified mail providing proof of the check and any documents you have signed proving that you got a loan.
If they tell you that you will be arrested "dont belive them". A warrant must be issued through your county police department where you will be served with papers to appear in court for the issue not an automatic arrest.
Hopefully, you can get some form of address or something for these people where you can file a report with their county police department to have them cited or some form restraining order for harassment. So many people have become victims to these people because they can threaten you over the phone with some pretty scary things. I hope this helps anyone who has been a victim to this. Good Luck!- Caller: Unknown
