These people keep calling my cell phone threatning to have me picked up and taken to jail because of a lawsuit that was filed against me but they won't tell me who filed the lawsuit or what the lawsuit is about. They ask for my address so they can send the police to pick me up, I told them that I have reported them to the police along with their telephone number so they hung up the phone.

They just called my job 20 mins. ago. Saying I am going to jail and they are sending the police for me. A bunch of bull... Scam!!! Do they think I'm that stupid.

This mid-eastern accented man called and I didn't catch the phone in time and he staarted leaving a message about me going to jail if I didn't call them back. I grabbed the phone real quick and told him that he had the wrong number he became hostile and again told me that I was going to jail if I didn't give money. I hung up and HE CALLED BACK I couldn't believe this and he ask me why I was so angry and then he told me again if I didn't give him money I was going to jail!

1:52 pm, st louis mo, same story, applied for some payday loan network and now getting these.

They called me today.  Idoentified himself as Michael Harris.  This is the same man I reported to the FTC a year ago.  Back then he said had 9 agents on way to pick my husband up.  He repeatedly called my husband's work.  I can not remember the name of the company but I will find it in my paperwork.

This man is a bully and a scam artist and needs to be put in JAIL.

is a scam artist,,,,,,,,,,,,I reported this same man last year for threatening phone calls.  I will have to find the paperwork on it because he uses 2 names.  I will report back when I find the info and plan on calling the news media.  He was reported to the Federal Trade Commission on several accounts.

These idiots keep calling.  I have asked them what jurisdiction it has been filed in and since they are out of state where are the extradication papers and who will sever them.....
