they keep calling for the past 2 monthes at least once a week saying they are looking for some guy... its a machine.... how do i get them to stop calling me?

Send them this cease communication letter VIA certified mail with return receipt requested. Keep copies of everything. If they continue calling after you have proof they received it, you can sue them for FDCPA and TCPA violations:

Machine leaving message about collecting debt, but if you call back on the same number, nobody replies back.

WOW is this an unprofessional collections agency. I was threatened, called vulgarities, and told not to call them back on the number they called me from or I would be "axsing" for trouble. Yes... the rep actually said "AX-SING". They apparently can't afford to hire collectors with a basic education or working knowledge of proper English.

I have read reports online that this company is associated with fraud and scam claims where they have:
-NOT reported a paid claim to the bureaus
-Taken money paid to settle a claim and then sold the claim to another collection agency
-Tried to claim on debts that never existed through intimidation, bullying, and lying.

BEWARE THIS AGENCY!!!

I just recieved my umpteenth call from the number 818-450-5688 and they were looking for a reco villa and it said to push 1 if I was reco villa well I 'm not reco but I pushed 1 anyways and told them to stop calling me. We will se if that works or not. I've had this cell number for at least 4 years now and I'm still getting collection calls for this RECO VILLA. If anyone knows RECO VILLA tell him to pay his bills or at least give them the right number.
