I have been getting phone calls from this number, and a few others. They have heavy East Indian accents, use VERY American type names and say that they are from American Legal Services. Then go on to say that I owe on a payday loan that I never got. They read my SS# to me. They use names like Kevin Anderson, Bryan Willams and others. You can tell they are reading from a script. I have been getting these calls since October of 2010, most of them are from different phone numbers. When it got to the point where they read my SS# to me and told me the correct name of my bank, I changed my bank account and took other steps to protect my identity from being stolen. They called me today after 1 month, and read my SS# to me again. I told them I knew they are nothing but SCAMMERS and hung up. They called 3 more times. I never answered it. I saved the messages they left me from the first encounter I had with them. These pieces of trash are relentless!!! Don't fall for their line of BS. Save any information they leave and report them!! I actually for the first time got an address from them after numerous calls. I will be sending a cease and desist letter.  This has been going on for months now.  I told him I would send payment to the address and he told me it had to be taken care of ASAP.  Told him to send me documentation and he informed me that since it was "after my due date" they could NOT send out paperwork... Told them I would not pay if it was not through the mail in writing (wasnt going to pay these scammers anyways) but he refused.  Told him that that was refusal of payment and that all communciations should stop and he is more than welcome to send me to court where I would then tell the judge he refused when I told him payment would be mailed.  On top of it all, he was calling my cell phone and MY WORK PHONE.  So needless to say, they can "take me to court" for this, but when I didnt every accept or apply for money with them, then it is null and void... and I actually have gone back on bank records to make sure... and sure enough, with the dates they gave me, there was nothing... just wanted to make sure my identiy was not stolen.  So to them I say, "You aint getting any money, and in the state of texas, they can not "jail" you for not paying something like this.   So good luck"!!!!!
