10/06/15 14:55:59 & 14:56:05 PDT  What the devil is wrong with these a**holes?  Second time today some creeps have tried to call twice within seconds without ID and no actual message left.  Obviously don't want to believe that their calls are unwanted, and can't be too serious since they don't leave any message.  Just wish they would get off my line.

10/07/15 10:56 PDT  Called again today and once more there is no ID and no actual message on voice mail.  What is the point of this type of harassment?  I hope  this is not a profitable tactic.  I know it doesn't work for me.  Based on the noise on voice mail, this is probably a robo dialed call and will try to block number.

10/07/15 17:33 PDT  No mo didn't block, for whatever reason.  Second call today still no actual message, just an obvious robo call noise and hang up.  I will be now block via my FiOS digital blocker.

Recognized the last 1728 so just blocked it.

1/19/16 9:10 PST  Another robo call what I thought I had blocked, but must have been deleted when FiOS digital was accidentally wiped out.  Will block again, hopefully this time it will work.  "Hello, this is Mark with unintelligible due eating while talking"

If anyone is interested in joining our class action suit against this company for making cold calls to numbers that are listed with the NDNCR and for using spoofed numbers and other causes of action, please leave a comment here.

What is the status of this class action suit?
Does it have a case number yet?
Or has it been settled / litigated already?

If it's not too late, I'd be interested.
Or if it's already old news, then I'd like the case number so I can incorporate that in my own filing.

I received a call from this number a few minutes ago. When the answering machine picked up, the caller hung up.

I just created a Yelp.com listing on-going complaints about this business and their various company names such as ERECTIONS UNLIMITED and E UNLIMITED CONSTRUCTION for example.  Apparently now I'm reading that they have yet another alias known as E Unlimited Home Design, that needs to be Yelp'ed too now.
