The person said he was 'Henry' and had a heavy Indian accent.  He said the government wanted to give me 9000 because I had paid my bills on time had not filed bankruptcy and such.  I filed chapter 7 last year.  old them I was reporting them to the federal government.  Filed scam report with the Dept. of the treasury.

international phishing scam

They keep calling and won't say anything

Shows up on caller ID as Tashi Dawa.  Answered, and the person was speaking in some sort of Asian language, and then hung up.  Has called multiple times over the last few months.

I told them I new it was a scam done talk to the police and sheriff they said gov better get off there [***] cause they can't do nothing about it

I just got a call from this number. I answered only because I thought it was a company I knew. It was a lady with a middle eastern accent. I could barely understand her but it was something about a government grant. I told her to speak English because I couldn't understand her. She said she would call back. I have a tracing tap on my phone. Maybe these lazy ass scammers will get caught.

Just got a call from this #. When the woman answered after I said hello, l blew a whistle. After she said "What was
that?", l blew the whistle again and hung up! Maybe that will stop some of this crap!

Received two calls from these individuals today; the first call revealed the number if 818-666-4465, but the second call (4 minutes after the first call) showed on my caller ID as "Anonymous / PRIVATE NUMBER". Spoke with a woman the first time, who stated that I was chosen to receive a $9,000 federal Grant, that I didn't have to pay back and was not taxable. She said that I was picked from a group of people who have paid their taxes on time and filed their taxes returns in a timely manner. Then I laughed at her and said she was mistaken as I hadn't filed my taxes in a couple years. Told her to remove my number from her calling list and don't call again. Four minutes later, I get the second call, this time a man on the other end (both persons had a middle eastern accent, by the way). I told him I just had a call from them, spoke with a woman and asked her to remove me from the list. He asked me what her name was and I said she hadn't told me, and what difference does that make. I also stated that she said I was chosen to get a govt grant but I said I wasn't interested. Then he chuckled and said, why not? So I said I know this is a scam, stop calling me, and then I hung up. God will judge these  evil people one day.

These pieces of [***] have called me every hour straight for 48hrs. I've auto blocked the calls but they won't stop. It's the same 9000 grant fishing scam. I know it's wrong to think like this but they are all foreign and I'm about ready to scream racist remarks at them as a way to combat this harassment
