These people are back I have reported them over and over again they are scammers and rip off can't even speak english

Called me at my job. I could hardly understand the accent was so strong. Something about a legal firm.

Total Indian scammer.  Thick accent.  Said he was with the Attorney General's office.  I asked what state and he says California.  Can't believe the audacity of these jerks.  Who do they think they are fooling.   Are they actually making any money of this scam?

This is a criminal extortion scam operating out of India. They are making the calls utilizing VOIP and the names of legitimate firms to make it appear the calls are originating from within the US. There is NO "company" or "debt" and you will NOT be arrested. They are harvesting and/or buying consumers' personal identifying information and you need to do whatever you can to protect yourself. This includes: Notifying the FTC: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/, placing fraud alerts with all three credit bureaus, notifying your bank and employer and letting these criminals know you are aware they are attempting to extort money for a non-existent debt and have alerted the authorities.

I just recieved a call from them telling me that I owe money and if I don't pay them back today the local sheriff will be out to my home in 2 hrs to arrest me

totally unreal,,why are these people even allowed too do this.My Bank told me this was a scam,

They just called me 3 times within seconds of me hitting the ignore button so I answered it like I was the police dept and they asked for my name and I was like no one by that name works here, can I have your name......  Oh no no I'm sorry I bothered you... and the hung up on me....

I received a call from this number claiming to be a law firm and that I have a loan I have defaulted on.  Since I know this not to be true and notified them immediately that I did not have a loan in default and this was a scam.  I then hung up on the heavily accented gentleman that called.  When I called back, it rang several times before another heavily accented gentleman answered and claimed to be advanced cash Service

I just received a phone call from a Sebastian Taylor from this same number. He said I took a loan out last year thru cash advance USA of $300 and that I owe them It.immediately or I will have to go to court. Scam! He had my address and email and where I used to work. Also knew my banks name. So scary!! How do they get this information!?!?!? I called my local cash advance no record of my name at all and also called all my banks to watch my accounts. People are sick!

They have called me several times...even leaving messages say I will be arrested in 3 hours from my State
Police...I have in formed them I called my State Att. Generals office.
