A indian acient man called my cell phone number threatining that i was being sewed by the Anderson law firm and he was supposably named Officer John Daniels and he wanted more info on me than what he had... he didnt know how to spell my name corectly plus he knew my address and he SAID he knew my ssn but i asked for his badge number and other information opon him and he hung up.... i called back and said that i feel like he was in error and he said stay put that the F.B.I. would be at my house in 45 mins and they would PICK me up and take me somewhere to take care of it.... lol so i told him that my atourney was there with me listening to the whole convo and recording it and he hung up... i called back again and it was a different person and they said that i aplyed for a loan on the internet and got it and never paid it back lol... i called the civil records and they told me that i was clear and no lawsewts where in play or warrents.... i called the sherifs dept. and they laughed a lil and told me that to not worrie about it because they had to have a warrent and serve me with papers be for they can go any further.... this is so aggrivating and stressful that they call ppl just to find out info and harassing public... u can find out any info on ppl on the internet and thats why they have the little info they do but someone please help me take them down for good!...

This same fool called me and actually left a message threatening me...telling me only God can help me..uh, did anyone notice the "666" and that idiot sounded sarcastic. So, I called that number to let them know I had received their message about God and the threat and I would be contacting the police and that jerk hung up on me. So, I called them back and guess what? They would not answer their phone so I left a message and let them know my lawyer was in the office with me and would like to speak to them.

Good thing I did not hold my breath waiting on the return call.

I recieved a call a call from a man with a indian accent telling me that i am being sued By Anderson Law firm for $489.00 and that his people will be coming to get me in 45 minutes to take me to the court house.  Then an Officer Daniel Walker called my work number and told me that i have an hour to go to walmart and buy and prepaid visa and load a hundred dollars and call hime back so i can settle out of court.  What the hell is going on.  The just want money and i called the police and the told me that is not how the procedure go.

THIS IS A SCAM. Scammers pretend to be law enforcement (police, sheriff, Feds, AG's Office, fake cop agencies with made-up names) and using bought/hacked loan application data to extort money for fictitious crimes or extort personal info.

I just recieved the same phone call on my phone! is this a scam??

This exact thing just happened to my sister. She got a call from Anderson Law Firm saying she had taken out a loan & had not paid for it & owed $489. They needed to go to Wal-mart & get a pre-paid card but not activate it. They said if she didn't do it within an hour they would call the police & send the FBI. They "said" they had her SSN, drivers license info, bank info & pictures. TOTAL SCAM!

The same thing just happened to me. A man with a heavy Indian accent told me I had 45 min before his "officers" showed up at my office to "take me to the courthouse" to handle the situation. I told him sure please show up. I then hung up and called my sister who is an attorney. She called him back and he again tried to intimidate her so she in turn started explaining actual law to him and he hung up!!!!!!!

I've gotten two calls from this number, at my place of work! The heavily accented man on the other end of line can't pronounce my actual name (hint: it's not Jonathan Howard - I'm not even a man!). His voice mail totally threatened "legal consequences" of ignoring the call. I'm glad to know this is a scam. I'm thinking of calling back and pretending to be Jonathan Howard's lawyer and giving them the smackdown.

I totally got a call from these freakshows today! They called me from an unknown number first and the guy told me to call Office Daniel Vaulken at 818-666-9192 b/c they had a case against me in their files. So I called the so call Ofcr Daniel (yeah sure more like Officer IDK what the heck he is saying). I called and he asked for my name I told him my first name and he goes "So do you have a real name"; I was like look I idk what we even want why am I going to give you my info how about telling me where you are from, what is your name, and what country do you live in. He called me a [***] and hung up. So a few moments later I got a call from the Unknown # and he said I have no record of you calling in yet you need to call now. I told him that Ofcr Dip [***] hung up on me and he told me to call again. These people need to be brought to Justice. This is such a SCAM and they aren't even from AMERICA!!

I got this call today.  My husband got it a few weeks back.  These are our cell phone numbers being called.  I sure wish there was something we could do to report and get these guys caught.  What is sad to me is that the call had a lot of chatter in the background, like a call center, as if there are several of them just trying to find some innocent to prey on.

Got a call from this scum last week leaving me a message that "only God can help me". I have now been calling him repeatedly to give him the same harassing that he gave me. This guy is a maggot and should be brought to justice. Don't be scared ppl. He is a scam artist who uses threats to get ppl to send him money. Call him back and tell him he is scum. Fill up his answering machine so no one else can get through.  This is [***] and it angers me.

this f.....ng Indian A......ole also called my wife saying that they were going to her office to pick her up and make sure she would loose her job..  I called my cousin who is a lawyer and said it's a total SCAM..  I tried calling him to tell him off and he would hang up on me,,

I received a threatening call from a Officer Harry John, he had a very heavy accent stating that a lawsuit had been filed against me and he left a phone number of 626-888-4693 to call back immediately.
I called this number and a person answered and sounded exactly like the same guy who left the voice mail, he said that his name was Daniel Walker. I asked him what this was about and informed him that my atty.was on the phone with us and the call was disconnected. My atty. and I tried calling him back five times and there was never an answer. BE AWARE! The new number that they may be using is 626-888-4693

EXCEPT THEY WERE OFF 1 NUMBER ON S.S., THEY KNOW WHERE I WORK AND SAID I OWE $300 DOLLARS SO LISTEN CAREFULLY OR THE SHERIFF WILL BE AT YOUR DOOR BECAUSE WE HAVE YOU IN OUR.   FILES FOR FRAUD,THEFT AND YOUR S.S.# IS UNDER INVESTIGATION.  I ASKED WERE THIS ANDERSON LAW FIRM IS FROM AND HE TOLD ME "IN YOUR P**SY I WAS SHOCKED AND THEN I WAS CALLED A M***RF***ER AND WAS TOLD TO NOT TO INTERUPT HIM AND WHEN I SAID I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT YOUR TALKING ABOUT HE SAID TO ME SHUT YOUR F*****G MOUTH--THAT WAS TOTALLY IT FOR ME I HUNG UP AND HE THEN HE CALLED ME 27 TIMES IN A ROW AND THEN LEFT A MESSAGE THAT I BETTER SEND THEM THIS SO CALLED $300 THEY SAY I OWE FOR A PAYDAY LOAN AND I KNOW I DON'T HAVE A LOAN.  I WANT OUR UNITES STATES F.B.I.? AND ANY OTHER AMERICAN OFFICIAL TO CATCH THESE FREAKS I AM PISSED!!! THE PHONE NUMBER THEY USED IS 786-245-5199.

I recently received a phone call from this number and they are a scam!!  Beware!!  The only advise I have for you is to put an alert on all three credit reports, go to your local social security office and put a red flag on your file, make a police report and then call the local FBI (your local police dept will provide you with your local FBI number).  Take this very serious!  I also contacted the CA bar and there is no such person as Kyle Cooper and there is no such person as Thomas Wright is the "financial dept"  Please do not go to K-Mart or Wal-Mart and wire these people any money!!!  Their intention is to scare you into believing that you owe money.  They tried to collect 480.00 from me.  Also, I suggest to block their number with your current carrier.  I have all their calls recorded, file all the necessary reports and hopefully this will start an investigation in shutting them down.
