I get calls from the above numbers all day, every day. and they say nothing - no recording, I have an answering machine to take my calls. Seeing how these persons like to play phone games, I've got one of my own. its called write it down - time,day,date, phone number, you must keep track of these calls , thats very important. once this is done, you can turn this matter over to the phone company to handle. There are Laws out there ( California Penal Code Section 653m ).

Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.
