    Phoned and put me on hold instructing me to stay on the line for a "pressing matter". If it's so pressing, they should just talk to me and not make me waste my time.

    Got a call asking for mu husband (machine not human voice) answered he was not available and got a reply that the matter was confidential and they could not tell me what it was about. They have called numerous times in the past weeks.
