    NO!!!! THEY ARE A SCAM!  Unfortunately I succumbed to their scam early last week and purchased a "Coach" replica on their website.  They took $173 and split!!  I'm in the process of filing claim/charges against them.  Trust me... NEVER PURCHASE FROM ANYONE CLAIMING TO SELL REPLICA DESIGNER ITEMS!!!  ALWAYS do your homework 1st.

    I did my homework also, and decided to order from Lugway using my American Express card. Amex offers fraud protection, so I figured I had nothing to lose. I received my order today, and am very pleasantly surprised with the merchandise. I will probably order again.

    I don't know what happened with the website, but I know it was down for a while, and the phone number appears to be someone's personal number. That is kind of odd, but I have had good luck so far.

    still waiting for a tracking number or proof that my order was shipped - been waiting since 12/2/08. I get occasional responses from emails but I am worried.

    I am still wondering where they went - the website is gone. "fred" was good at responding to my emails and acted like he felt bad that this was happening to my order. no luck & no purse.

    Zoe - like Audry I'm curious how you went about filing a claim against them.  I would like to do so as well since I too was taken.  I have left numerous calls and sent many emails but I've had no luck contacting them about the purchase I made and paid for in October 08.

    I helped a blind friend find and purchase a "Coach" bag on this site.  The bag broke after 6 light uses.  We brought it to the Coach store since Coach offers a lifetime guarantee.  We were shocked and embarassed to learn that the bag is a fake.  We were told when we ordered it by phone that it was definitely an original. This is fraud. I am filing a complaint with the credit card company, the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General's office.
