I received my order today, and am very pleasantly surprised with the merchandise. I will probably order again.

- Carol replies to audreyI helped a blind friend find and purchase a "Coach" bag on this site. The bag broke after 6 light uses. We brought it to the Coach store since Coach offers a lifetime guarantee. We were shocked and embarassed to learn that the bag is a fake. We were told when we ordered it by phone that it was definitely an original. This is fraud. I am filing a complaint with the credit card company, the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General's office.
