I keep getting a fast busy signal.. Probably some part time criminal with no life.

Not a name I recognize so I didn't pick up.

Got a call from this number, dont' know anyone in TX... didn't leave message. Call back states number is disconnected.

Received a call from a number that I did not recognize. Did not answer. Who is calling?

Someone calling from 1directconnect.com looking to set up an appointment with "the owners" so they can do a pitch.

My caller ID says "Texas." There was a slight delay when I answered, and then a live male voice gave me a pitch about calling homeowners in our area about jobs such as roofing. Whatever company this is, they don't care about do-not-call lists.

Get the call a couple times a day, I always let go to fax...don't care to know who it is, but maybe they should be reported as I have a no-call list in place as well, and your'e right, they don't care.

This is a company called Direct Connect. They call business's to save them money if you are getting the call to your home then it is on accident and if you would pick the phone up and let them know then they would stop calling. The company cares a great deal about people and people being on a do not call list if you would politely inform the representative when they call that you are on that list they will happily remove your phone number.

Keeps getting calls from this number and then they hang up when I answer.

Calling on behalf of some school or other to sell garbage to raise money (recycled scam).

Received a call from friendly man.  Company is called Direct Connect and they have "agents" around the country that can help your business increase sales, or get cash advances...

I get calls from this number.  Caller ID just shows number, no name.  They never leave message and when I answer they hang up.  I am on the noi call list, I guess it doesn't matter.

Received a call from them about our TimeShare, sounded very much like a scam, so I asked to be taken off there call list. He then replied "How about I put your number on Craigslist?" I then asked to talk to a manager and he then hung up.

Yeah- Said my Time share travel company paid for a $3000 vacation to Florida. They just forgot to pay the taxes. Very Agressive. Gave me some bogus address in Florida and said the business was called Specialty Travel.   Specialty scam.....

Way to use a forum trying to prevent your companies unwanted calls to promote your company!  (please note sarcasm)

Also remember that illegitimate companies and scam artists won't respect these lists.

Therefore once your enrollment goes into effect you should be extra careful of unsolicited telemarketing calls unless you know they come from a company with which you have a legitimate, established relationship
