Instead of my usual business greeting I answered with a simple Good Afternoon.  A lady who spoke with a foreign accent asked if she was speaking to (first name only - perhaps of an employee).  I replied - not by answering her question - but by asking, "Who's calling?"  She gave a first name and said she was from Green Sky Program.  I asked her to repeat her name, and she did.  I asked her to spell her name.  She did.  I asked again because what she spelled did not make sense.  I told her that I could not understand her and so our conversation would have to end.  I stopped engaging and she soon hung up.
