Instead of my usual business greeting, I answered with a simple, Good afternoon.  A flimsy recorded message said the call was for a specific (unknown) person by first and last name, and to press 1.  I pressed 1 and eventually a live American male said,  "mediation account center."    There were background sounds of many voices echoing as if in a cave.  He HUNG UP when I asked for the 'business' address.  I dialed the number back and a different American male answered, "financial service department" and he HUNG UP, too, after having had a spitting fit when I questioned the legitimacy of his call.
