    This is an absolute scam. They call you and they want A credit card number to clear up a payday loan they say you got.  If you ask for documentation via email, they will not do it. And they tell you that if you don't take care of it right now, that you will be served a summons requiring you to come to court. And when you tell them that you don't mind receiving a summons to determine fraud, they discourage you from wanting to do that because they say it would cost so much to go to court that it would be easier to settle it now.
