Did anyone receive a message from 832-230-2885 saying "hey sorry to bother, trying to reach Maddie who may know John the owner of land on 1234 sample rd. Is this the right number?"

This is weird as me and family members all recieved a similar text with minutes of each other from different numbers within the 832 area code that are very similar.  Definitely a template where they plug in the land owners name and property address.

I and my wife just got it.

text to me and my wife asking if we owned a property which we did. we both recieved text within mins of eachother.

Same experience as above. "Hey sorry to bother, trying to reach xxx who may know xxx the owner of a land in xxx. Is this the right number?

said sorry to bother, then asked if we knew my son and said his address. They sent at same time to my son and daughter.

I got the same type of text wanting to know if I know XXX that owns land, asking if I know them.
