Another call in the endless rounds of robocalls purporting that they are a government agency ( Department of Social Security in this case) and that criminal activity is associated with your SS #. The robocall (of course) does not mention your name, because they don't know it, nor do they know your SS # in this obvious scam attempt to get information from you. Block.

I declined the call, and the voicemail was just a robo voice claiming some sort of "criminal activity" associated with my SSN and to call their # before they proceed with the case.  Obvious scam.  When there is legal action against you, you either get papers in the mail or a call from an actual person who knows and uses your name.  I blocked this number.

I also received the same call just now and of course it was a robocall stating legal actions will be taken against me because of criminal activity with my s.s. #. I only answer calls if I know the caller and if not it goes to voice mail. In the past I've blocked these numbers out but they have so many it's a lost cause.

Robocall wanting me to call back. I called back to have some fun but no one answered.

I called back and got a busy signal.

Robo call on my cell phone saying they were so security and there was some kind of criminal activity on my Social Security number to call them back at such and such a number.  I very much doubt Social Security has my cell phone number. It's a scam.

Said it was Agent Jennifer Lawson from the Social Security Administration and there was a criminal proceeding against my SSN. Please call at your earliest convenience before the proceedings begin.
