Elder abusers. Calls the elderly, claims to be Microsoft (or another company) and says they found malware on their computer. Cons the victim until they both give them access to their computer and also scams them for money ($300 in our case for free antivirus). Pure evil. Gave their names as Alex Watson and Anthony Rodriguez from "Windows Technical Department".

microsoft technical department wanted to "fix" my computer.  Caller was Duane Packer - with a heavy indian accent.

i got a call from Anthony Rodrigues  from "Windows Technical Department". n helped me in solving the problem of my computer which was running very slow n having virus he helped me and now my computer is running much better and it is safe and i am very happy with Thank you Anthony Rodrigues.

You are a liar, no one from "windows Technical Department"  will EVER call you out of the blue.
