Claims they are on their way to haul me to jail for missing "numerous" court dates.  They state they are calling on behalf of Insight Capital.  I asked if I should wear my Sunday best, wished them a Merry Christmas and that I hope a tree falls on them.

Got me for 3 payments of $90.00 each until I decided to do some research. Keep calling me claiming I have a warrant. FAKE!

Its a scam.  These scums need to rot in prison forever.

Say they have a claim against your SS number...don't give them any information!!!!

Called saying that I had a debt from 2008. Said I was going to be served because the original creditor had exhausted all forms of communications.

They listed an address in Boulder CO, which I have never lived there.

Was an idiot and gave them $50 to stop from being served. I went home and did some research and called them back. I called them out on their lies, and they refunded my money. They offered, when I said I was meeting with my attorney at 3 to discuss this matter.

A week later, I am still waiting for any information to be sent via US Mail.

The charge on my account said CRG INC. Company is from NY state.
