Indian Windows tech support scam!

I received a call from this number, caller ID came up Zexcel Solutions.The caller identified himself as a Dell representative.  He wanted to help me with my computer.  I decided to play along this time (I usually hang up) and told him my Dell computer was smoking and on fire.  He told me to move it outside immediately. Then he told me he could help me buy a new computer.  I told him I didn't want to buy it over the phone.  He became quite persistent.  I finally hung up.  (I know from my experience with real Dell reps that they do NOT make calls like this.)

I, too, have been receiving calls from 832-476-3883 from 'my Dell technician'.  Five calls in two days. I advised that my name and number is to be taken off their call list. Being honest isn't getting me anywhere. Next time I think I will tell him I will be sending his mother nudie pictures I have of him if he doesn't stop.  If he doesn't call back I can only assume that type of picture of him is out there somewhere.

offered my a refund from dell....however he could only do it if i was on the computer.....WTF...sounded like he was from india....
