I have gotten the same messages twice once from a Jim Weaver and two days ago from a Donna Walker. Both of them claim to be with a Private Investigation company called "Stealth Investigations. I did return the call to Ms.Walker promptly, however, she wasn't available so I left message for a call back leaving my first name and number only. To date no one has returned the call. Funny, her message stated that she had tried several times to contact me too, you'd think returning my call would have been top priority!
