This number called me today. the phone only rang once.
I called them back and it was a collection agency for a medical company over  past due Emergency room visit.
The thing is that I haven't gone to the Emergency room. I think I would remember that. so it may be a scam.
I'm calling to speak to someone at my insurance to gather more info.

Called me 6 times. Collection company.  The rep started inquiring about a bill that was supposedly not paid. Funny thing is that bill was paid about six years ago.  I pretty much blew up on the collection rep and told her to reach out to the insurance company.  She try to get smart with me and said who is the insurance company, I told her if I had any business with her or her company, she would know who the insurance company was. At that moment I blew up on her again and I told her that I have no contract with her or her company and a statue limitations had run out. At that point she hanged up. Beep got served!

Called me multile times, I hit my "text me" button.  finally got sick of it in case it was something important, man answered and told me he wanted to talk to me about a past due medical bill.  I said "what the hell are you talking about" and he said, "well, I'll just wait till you get the letter and call you back - have a nice day" and hung up.  Very itimidating voice, but I am a lawyer, so joke's on him! sjt.

Continues to call and not say anything, after I identify that I am on a recorded line; simply hangs up.

This number is still active, but my phone blocks it.

I have received several calls from this number, but it only rings once, quickly shows as Prometheus (I think) Credit Union, then disconnects. I'm not about to call them back to find out who they really are.

Wouldn’t give me a name said it’s a personal business matter. I said well the business matter just closed please reach me at business hours
