called today and left no message.

Got a call from this number and called them back.  Sergio said that they get people's numbers from the internet.  When you get emails about free things (TVs, phones, electronics) and you fill out a form with your information, they get it and they call you.

FYI!  Don't place any personal info on these types of things because it'll go to more places than it says.  And also, nothing in this world is free so don't believe those emails.

They asked for my son. I asked them why.  They said we are Educational Advance about getting a degree.  Sounded like they got his contact number from some email offer he responded to.  In any case, I told them he had a degree from Baylor University, which kinda shut them up.  They said he could reach them at 888 271 7667 which does match to Education Advance. I agree with Ashly, they harvest numbers when people (my son) complete surveys or apply for a freebie on line.  So don't do that!
