This number called me saying they were an 'Out Sourcing Company' and that they were collecting a cash advance that i supposedly took out back in 2007.  I proceeded to tell him that I did not take any cash advance loans out.  As soon as I mentioned that I have all of my bank statements and that I was going to check it out, he couldn't get off the phone fast enough.

This person said he was going to serve me papers at my home or work. I live in Maine. I'd like to know how he is going to do this while he is in Texas. Scam

I have been receiving calls from these IDIOTS, I kid you not since the summer with threats of the same. My first and FINAL notice call of serving me papers was a month and half ago. I obviously ignored their calls thereafter because I know that they are a SCAM!!!!!, Low and behold I received yet another so called FINAL notice call on yesterday  from a lady namely Michelle Wilson that she was going to serve me papers at my work or home...oh this is cracking me up just to write this...but nonetheless...yep you guessed it...SHE NEVER SHOWED UP...geeze louise will they stop already this is getting to be Ridiculous!!!. I guess since yesterday was my FINAL call on serving me papers that NEVER came...not that i was waiting...I guess I will receive another call about a month from now with this same Foolishness...smh! Total Scam!!
