That is a scam.  Do not ever reply "yes i can hear you" they take you saying "yes" and pretend like you said yes to another question

I answered to see what the gig was. Lady said she was from All State. Said not interested since I'm happy w/ our insurance. She came back w/ 'oh, that's ok, we're calling to just give you...' Goodbye. Click, block. CID showed Stafford, TX...that's probably India 😉

don't check any numbers, that is how these web sites make money, when you look up the number and go to any web site to find out who is doing it they get a hit on their site, just block all unknown numbers

No message and I always try to look them up and block them. I have to be careful now that I have my own business ascthere will be some associated numbers that I don't know. Vicious circle.

AllState calling and asking for someone. Told them they had the wrong number. Started asking if I wanted to improve my coverage. Blocked.

Got the call twice today. Didn't answer the first time. Second time it was Regina from Alstate insurance offering a free quote on homeowners and auto insurance. I asked to be put on "do not call list".

3 or 4 times called in the last week...caller ID says Chicago insurance...lady with foreign accent said she was calling from Allstate...I told her I already had insurance and for her to stop calling my number...I do have Allstate but I didn't tell her that...get the feeling these people are fishing for personal information and are trying to trip you up hoping you will tell them your personal info...beware and hang up😠

Caller asking for person not connected to this number, I replied you have the wrong number and they ask me if I was in Texas, I hung up without answer.

They called; I didn't answer.  No message left.

I didn't answer.  There was a bunch of static in the message left till the last 30 seconds or so when there was a message in a foreign language.

called my mobile and they disconnected after 2 rings....this call came a few minutes after the exact same thing happened when 512-807-0196 called.  My number must have recently been released to scammers.  Thanks 800 NOTES for your website.  Have blocked this caller also.

UNAVAILABLE. (832)899-5013.  Called with something about ALLSTATE insurance and great rates or something as such.  AI just hung up and blocked.

This number calls my phone daily since Nov 9, 2017.  I am tired of them calling!  I have that number blocked and it's being saved by my security software.

T-Mobile marked this one as a "Scam Likely" caller. I usually answer these calls and immediately hit mute, wasting the time of the people and/or robots on the other end.. ;)

I did not answer the call from this number; no message left.
