Someone named Michael Carter calls and Claims that formal charges have been filed against someone.   They're not sure who they're calling and want someone to call them back

Most likely an off-shore debt scamming operation.  Their stock remark is that they are going to “refer the matter to the authorities”.   Also call themselves “RAM Mediation”.  Ignore and block any calls from this group or the area code 833.  Sometimes a persona known as “Michael Carter” calls.

Clearly a scam from 833-266-7974 . a man says he is Michael Wilson trying to locate & then a bad robot tries to pronounce my name. Then the man comes back saying if I have info on _ (bad robot voice again) I should call immediately or matter will be turned over to proper authorities. Blocked # immediately. Do not answer these calls.
