    Looked up Spectrum customer service to buy a new phone.  833-367-6094. They sounded like a real company but some things didn't make sense.  Like insisting on my social security and d.o.b.  Even spoke with a manager. I hope these people find a home behind bars soon. This was very orchestrated a senior person could be fooled and ripped off.

    Sent me a text telling me my Spectrum bill
    was almost due. I do not have spectrum and I don’t ever get texts on my phone when my bills from anywhere are almost due. I also get atleast 4 messages on my phone everyday telling me I won a prize, but need to take a quick survey first. They pose as Kohls, Ace Hardware,
    Walmart etc. They are hoping you will accept so they can get all your personal information.
