Was it a scam? Mine was supposedly about a loan taken out in 2013 for $600 and now it’s at $2,500 and they want to settle or go to court…

Tim appears to be one of those people that thinks is vitally important for people to know that his phone rang and that he knows nothing else about the call. Common sense would tell you that you don't get sued for a debt from 2013. I'm sure that if you had taken a $600 loan out you would have remembered it.

I believe this is a scam.  When I called the number, a different woman answered and said it was the office of TOS Services.  When I asked what her office does, they hung up.

I received a text to talk to someone about this today. Need to them only loan I’ve ever taken out was mortgage

Got this text today using my maiden name... I have been married for 14 years. SCAM

Got a message to call to speak to Claudia Weiss. Said I owed a loan amount for 3000 dollars from 2013. I called back to ask for the name of their company and they just kept hanging up on me. I told them this was a scam and the guy called me a scam, lol.

Letter from Claudia Weiss … same as above instances. It must be a scam!

I have been getting this text too, good thing my husband told me don't belive them and don't send them any money, they told me it was a loan I didn't pay or they would take me to court. They been texting me with different names, first Eva, then Claudia, Tara, and now Paige and different case #
