Number calls you asking if you remember paying 99 dollars for internet protection....then proceeds to tell you that the company's services you paid for is going out of business and they owe you a refund.  They would like to remote connect to your computer to complete the refund process.  Please do not fall for this.  Remote connection means they have access to your computer and everything you have on it from their location.  They will either take your computer hostage and won't give you access unless you pay a fee....or they will simply destroy it with a nasty virus that wipes your hard drive.
