Called saying my husband owed a debt threatened jail and being sued. Got just enough info to call cort house and cops verified it was a scam. Then they called back and were very upset that i busted them as scam artists.

Got this call like the other comment they say they have a complaint filed and will come to my house and pick me up, I have one more day to resolve matter and to make sure I have two forms of ID ready when they come to my door. This is the exact message from my voicemail transcribed....”“This message is intended for _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ Yodie this is Christopher _⁠_⁠_⁠_ I contacted you back on Friday in regards to a complaint being filed against you unfortunately your paperwork is come _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ my office is not _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ at the office of Samantha Moore has not heard from you in this matter has not been _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ as of yet this is your final opportunity to contact us more and get the matter rectified before having to physically appear in court she can be reached at 833340 Evan 346 your case number when calling is 612252 value to contact her will result in the process server being dispatched either your residence replaceable _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ to issue you a summons to appear in court so if you could just have two forms of ID available for them so I know they are issuing the paperwork to the correct person and I do advise you contact us more immediately to stop this process again the number is 833-340-7346 case number is 612252…”

First of all for those researching this number, you will never get a couple days notice you are being arrested, picked up or any other terminology used! Why would they give you a head start if you actually were being arrested? They always say they will come to my job.....I’m retired! Then they will come to my house because they know where I live....we travel in an RV during our retirement with no brick and mortar residence so I guess all the info they have been gathering isnt correct! Just don’t fall for it!

Samantha Moore called me and said that i was going to be sued in july 5 2018 and i had a chance to stop it by paying 101.50 then 81.50 a month after that i didnt know it was a scam and paid it. Just found out and made a police report
