Scammy call as well. Also said they were "Nationwide Processors" looking to serve papers and gave son's actual address. Definitely reading from a script. Mispronounced name badly,

Got an 'automated' text from this number. Here's the text:

This is an automated message for (my name). You have a current active order of location being issued and filed through your county. You will need to be available 01/09/2023 between 1 and 3pm to sign off on Legal documentation along with an appraisal to be done on your vehicle license plate @#$?<>%. If you will not be available and need to reschedule you must contact the Law Firm at 1-833-351-2281 with case number 1417853-TX. Failure to reschedule could hold you in contempt and will result in forfeiture of your rights to defend yourself in court. This is your official Legal notification so you cannot state that you haven't received prior notice.

I called back and you could tell it was not a law office for all the noise in the background. Definitely a scam... Plus, I don't have that car anymore. And a law office doesn't send a text!
