Hi Solomon.same number is calling me many times, they said is from geico as well. They calling me treating me to suspend my license for an accident that I am not responsable. Are they spam?

Yh me too they just called today in the morning I’m experiencing the same story I got into an accident long time ago it wasn’t my fault they said I owe 6k$ for the accident

Call back to the number gets "You have reached AFNI Collections."  They are a debt collection agency.  Of course, numbers can be spoofed and scammers are clever so If you are going to call them, use the number on the website.  You might also want to review your rights under the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act.
