Got a text & a call this morning when called the number back keeps ringing & mailbox is full.

Who are these criminals??   I do not owe any money to anyone.  They r fishing for info. They’ll call back in month under another name😇

First they text me and said that my case number is this blah blah blah and so I had somebody to use my identity so and I thought it was the case that I was on me and when I called back, they said I asked for the person that they said and then they come back and said she’s busy but this is for Elizabeth Palmer. We got $2000 garnishment gonna be against you And then I said well who’s the creditor and they hung up right there tells you it’s a scam so watch out they’re out there doing it again. .

I called the number. They said they were placing a garnishment against me from a company I do not know.

They (Beth Schwaller) called my mother asking for me and I was going to call but decided to check out the number first. I will be ignoring this. I figured it was a scam

Another scam

A Beth Schwaller called asking me to call back.  Provided a case number.  Checked the number here first and I can see it's a scam.

Message from Beth who quoted a case number and that they were going to file a $3000 garnishment against me and to call back immediately.  I know I don't have any overdue bills or legal problems so this is yet another scam.

Like others, I got a voicemail from Beth regarding "pending case number 326754" and was asked to call back.
