I’ve been getting calls from this number a lot , just never answered it until today 8-1-22 because it said spectrum, when I answered it , it went silently, no one said a word and I realized it was spam and hung up.

This is not SPAM, it is Spectrum's construction department.

Thank you for confirming the calls from this number are a scam and that you are one of the scummy,  filthy, dirty,  lying scammers.

Call back gets "thank you for calling spectrum construction support.."  It goes on to give you options regarding the purpose of your call. It's always possible that numbers are spoofed so if you have doubts just call the published number instead.
