Called me on the 16th as well. My Cell phone said "private number". Caller advised me that "legal documents " were being filed. Advised me to call the above number immediately and reference a file number that she gave out, otherwise they would proceed with filing the legal documents.  Obviously scam call.

Called and left a message stating legal documents were going to be delivered and that I should call back with a reference number. Never mentioned my name or address, spoke in a funny meter. I assumed it is a scam and didn't call back. I have no intentions to call them.

Same scam as reported by others - legal documents filed by clerk's office with reference number.  They did have my full name, but called a second phone line on my Sprint plan.

Called my husband’s cell asking for me. Left message asking me to call Nikki White at 833-511-3833 and reference a file # she gave my husband.
No Caller ID = scam

same legal scam message.

Caller said it was the US treasury and I should call before the pending legal action against me.
