Answered and just silent. Annoying but cannot confirm if a scam.

It is spectrum they don’t show it in the caller Id. You only have to be 5 days late in a bill and they hound you every minute of the day. I only get paid 1 time a month that’s how our company works they know this and it usually the last week of the month my bills do on the 24 th so I do t ever get paid till the 29 and I get the annoying phone calls even once you pay your bill they still call you for up to 24-48 hrs.

Again - if you know who called, why did you come to a phone number look-up site? And why don't they identify themselves of the CID?

Perhaps since Charter's name is not listed with their various numbers, THAT's why people are posting information. Ya know, for OTHERS to have the same info YOU have.  That's why the top of the page reads,
"Report unwanted calls to help identify who is using this phone number."
Why YOU here? You already know, allow others to be informed as well.

Problem with your "point" is - scammers spoof legitimate numbers all the time so what's Charter for you isn't necessarily them for someone else. People want to know about scams. If a caller leaves a message, they don't need to look up the number.
As for my other question, I'll expand on it. Why would legitimate company such as Charter not identify themselves on the CID?

It is indeed Spectrum- I think it not their official office calling, but the outsource to people maybe working from home or something, but it is Spectrum/Charter for Collections as of 08-30-2018

They came to report it, so other people who came to this site would know.
