These people contacted someone I have no idea who they are I tried to return the phone call the message said that the color mailbox was full and could receive no more messages when they left a message with someone that person said that it was in regards to a summons and just haven't returned the phone calls and I'm not able to leave a message p

It's a scam.  Real process servers don't call in advance because then you could simply avoid them.  They also don't give you the option to pay your way out of being served which is what these scammers will tell you if you actually speak to them. Blocking such calls is best.

I called them back and they refused to tell me who they were. SCAM

You should not have given them any information.  They should not have given you any information as well since that violated the law.
