Text about reference to case pending. Used my maiden name that I have not used in 20 years. Got to be a scammer, anything with a real case pending, you would receive a certified letter or someone uniform would serve you a civil summons.. Cannot believe the amount of scammers in this country.

I'm so glad I'm not a dumb ass to believe this they just sent me a text using
my maiden last name with the same message as everyone else smh  I came right to goggle and put the number in and this popped up

I received the same exact message. Who sends a message like this with no company name provided?

received a text from a Stephanie Burrows using my maiden name, stating its in reference to a pending case and with a case number. The 833 number is the number in the text message that I need to call her directly, but the phone number received from is 9283955849... I replied with STOP as it stated at the end and received another text message, that I opted out and will no longer receive messages from this service. with an email at the end of it "NOREPLY@POSSERVICES.ORG"

Received a text from 928 264 4590 asking me to reach out to Stephanie Burrow at 833 669 6715. I called the number twice and no one could explain what type of company it is. I was told it was a personal matter.

I received the same message. "This is Stephanie Burrows reaching out to _________ in reference to pending case #POG1836149. I'm available to speak you in my office if you have any questions or concerns.  You can reach me directly as (833) 699-6715 and as to speak to Stephanie.  Reply Stop to opt out."

They also are very aggressive and try to scare you by saying you’re gonna be garnished… had my old address from 10 years prior and tried saying it a payday loan from a company I never heard of. I hung up

They messaged my daughter saying that I added her as an emergency contact, which is no correct because she lives out of the country and that it was an important legal matter they even misspelled words.

I received the exactly worded text message, with the same number (texted from one number but want intended victim(s) to contact her at a completely different number)  early with the exception of using my maiden name that I haven’t used in 10+ years with a different case number.
Not to mention two weeks of phone calls coming from 3 separate locations in SC excessively back to back.  Block one and another call from another number from the same location(s) that I just blocked.
This is in fact what scammers do and FTC needs to do a better job at stopping it.  The Do Not Call list clearly was a waste of time entering my info into.

I received it today. I’m blocking now.

I received the same text.

Calls to advise me to call-leaves no name , company name, or why I should call back.

I received the same message, it's a scam! This idiot didn't even get my name or anybody in my household's name correct and you would think if it was legitimate they would at least not call the wrong place and speak with such certainty. I'm not currently in collections but I used to be and there were many scams like this from bottom feeder companies, some of them even trying to collect on debts that were paid and simply trying to scare people into paying. Anybody who got this message should rest easy, it's not real!

I received the above message via text. The number listed comes back to possible scam- the "CASE #POG" doesnt come back to anything. The number it came from - 928-394-9475. 928 is in Arizona, My residence is not within Arizona.

They did they exact same but they also did a different name a month ago… said this:

June 17th same BA number texted this:
